Landlords safety certificate for a gas boiler / water heater or gas boiler / water heater and gas hob. * Belper Gas and Heating Limited is not responsible for any cost for any defective parts or any parts that may come defective or faulty whilst carrying out the service gas inspection Any service that is booked and not paid for online is to be paid for on the day of the service after completion. Payments are taken by cash, card or BACS (BACS must be paid with the engineer present) * PLEASE NOTE: If you book a service where payment has not been made and cancel the service with less than 24 hours notice or fail to be in when the engineer arrives within the allocated time then then the full cost of the booked service will still be invoiced and charged. If this payment is not made with 30 days from the booked service date then the fee will be passed over to our debt recovery partner where additional costs may be charged. Cancellation Policy

Please give a minimum of 24 hrs notice for any cancellations. If a service is cancelled with more than 1 clear working days’ notice, there will be no cancellation charge.
