Service Description

Boiler breakdown call out. Minimum 1 hr breakdown analysis charge. Price is for the 1st Hour only. Does not include any additional parts or additional labour. Additional labour charged at £30 per hour after the initial 1st hour i.e 2 hrs attendance would cost £100 plus any required parts or fittings. (Parts will normally have to be ordered) We do not service or repair certain boilers manufacturers, Please see the list below Biasi (All models) Ferroli (All models) Vokera (All models) Potterton Promax Store Any boiler/back boiler with discontinued parts. Fee refunded if diagnosis cannot be made.

Cancellation Policy

Please give a minimum of 48hrs notice for any cancellations. If a service is cancelled with more than 2 clear working days’ notice, there will be no cancellation charge.
