Service Description

Boiler breakdown call out. Minimum 1 hr breakdown analysis charge. Price is for the 1st Hour only. Price does not include any additional parts or additional labour. Additional labour charged at £30 per hour after the initial 1st hour i.e 2 hrs attendance would cost £105 plus any required parts or fittings. (Parts will normally have to be ordered) Price includes collection of parts We do not service or repair certain boilers manufacturers, Please see the list below Biasi (All models) Ferroli (All models) Vokera (All models) Potterton Promax Store Any boiler/back boiler with discontinued parts. Fee refunded if diagnosis cannot be made. Any service that is booked and not paid for online is to be paid for on the day of the service after completion. Payments are taken by cash, card or BACS (BACS must be paid with the engineer present) * PLEASE NOTE: If you book a service where payment has not been made and cancel the service with less than 24 hours notice or fail to be in when the engineer arrives within the allocated time then then the full cost of the booked service will still be invoiced and charged. If this payment is not made with 30 days from the booked service date then the fee will be passed over to our debt recovery partner where additional costs may be charged. Cancellation Policy

Please give a minimum of 24 hrs notice for any cancellations. If a service is cancelled with more than 1 clear working days’ notice, there will be no cancellation charge.
