Service Description
LPG Boiler service (NOT Natural Gas or OIL) combined with a Unvented Cylinder service on the same visit. Gas appliances must be in full working order or breakdown charges will apply * Belper Gas and Heating Limited is not responsible for any cost for any defective parts or any parts that may come defective or faulty whilst carrying out the service. Any service that is booked and not paid for online is to be paid for on the day of the service after completion. Payments are taken by cash, card or BACS (BACS must be paid with the engineer present) *Your gas appliance must be accessible for any service to be carried out. It will be at the engineer's discretion whether a service based on the initial site risk assessment will be safe and practical to continue. If carrying out any booked service is deemed unsafe or impractical, the full service charge will still apply and is non-refundable. * Belper Gas and Heating Limited is not responsible for any cost for any defective parts or any parts that may come defective or faulty whilst carrying out the service. Any service that is booked and not paid for online is to be paid for on the day of the service after completion. Payments are taken by cash, card or BACS (BACS must be paid with the engineer present) * PLEASE NOTE: If you book a service where payment has not been made and cancel the service or breakdown callout with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to be present when the engineer arrives within the allocated time, the full cost of the booked service will still be invoiced and charged. If this payment is not made within 30 days of the booked service date, we will pass the debt to our recovery partner, who may charge additional costs. Cancellation Policy
Please give a minimum of 24 hrs notice for any cancellations. If a service is cancelled with more than 1 clear working days’ notice, there will be no cancellation charge. If a service is cancelled with less than 1 clear working days’ notice, a 100% charge will apply. *Your gas appliance must be accessible for any service to be carried out. It will be at the engineer's discretion whether a service based on the initial site risk assessment will be safe and practical to continue.
